The route, which winds along approximately 4 km of coastline, will allow you to experience the sea in all its natural beauty, away from the crowds and immersed in breathtaking views.

The Route
The first stop is Monterosso al Mare, one of the most characteristic villages of the Cinque Terre, famous for its golden beach and ancient maritime traditions. After a short introduction to safety and paddling technique by the guide, you will venture out to sea, with spectacular views of the cliffs and crystal clear waters.

As you navigate along the coast, you will have the opportunity to admire the landscape in an intimate and immersive way, as the kayak glides between small bays and hidden sea caves. Along the way, the guide will tell you fascinating stories about the history of the villages, local traditions and the marine flora and fauna of the area.

Along the way, you can admire panoramic views of the Ligurian Coast, with the characteristic terraces of vineyards that slide towards the sea and the colorful houses of the Cinque Terre that climb the hills. The crystalline sea invites you to stop for a refreshing dip in some of the quieter bays, where you can enjoy the tranquility and wild beauty of the area.

Arrival in Vernazza
The route ends in Vernazza, one of the most iconic villages of the Cinque Terre. Here, the kayak docks at the small marina, a charming corner with its houses overlooking the sea and the old castle that dominates the scene. Take advantage of some free time to explore the village and stroll through its narrow streets before picking up the kayak and returning to Monterosso.

Why participate?
This tour is perfect for those who want to discover the pristine beauty of the Cinque Terre in an active and relaxing way, away from the crowded tourist beaches. Kayaking allows you to get close to places that are only accessible by sea, giving you an authentic and immersive experience. In addition, the expert guide will ensure a safe and enriching excursion, making you appreciate every detail of this UNESCO natural heritage.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row full_width=”stretch_row”][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_video link=”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X1jARhsguz8&t=7s”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″]

         PRICE INCLUDED

         WHAT TO BRING

         LOCATIONS & DETAILS

[vc_column_text]

Guide

Sit-on top kayak

Paddle

Life vest

Technical gear during winter season: spraydeck, wetsuit, thermal shirt, spray top, neoprene boots

[/vc_column_text]

[vc_column_text]

Bathing suit

Beach towel

Sea shoes

Hat

Sun screen

Sun glasses

Water bottle

[/vc_column_text]

Monterosso

[vc_column_text]Monterosso al Mare is the largest village of the Cinque Terre and also the first to be documented (1056).
Consisting of two districts, the old village and Fegina, the more touristy part, Monterosso al Mare also boasts important monuments. The first evidence of the village dating back to the year 1200, is relative to the events of the Fieschi, whilst in the XVI century there was news of their strenuous resistance against the pirate raids. The most important monument of the hamlet is the church of San Lorenzo, which was built in 1338, work of the inhabitants of Manarola and Volastra.
